Lance Williams
Williams grew up in both Hawaii and Western Samoa, spending most of his time in Samoa playing rugby when a group of close friends first invited him out to play at Farrington High School. Staying in Hawaii and close to family when college came around, Williams recruited to play for the University of Hawaii, making the Division 1 football team as an outside linebacker. Excelling on the football field, Lance made a run at the Canadian Football League before finding his way back to rugby with MLR, earning over 50 caps for the Utah Warriors.
A 6'2 force on the field, Williams ventured to the sevens pitch in 2022 for camp with the USA Men's Sevens and was quickly off to Dubai for his debut that year. Joining the squad full time in 2023, Lance continues to be powerful athletic and energetic presence on the pitch, making his way to a hopeful selection to the 2024 Paris Olympic squad.
