The Collegiate Rugby Association of America (CRAA), in collaboration with USA Rugby Men’s High Performance Pathways, is proud to announce the official squads for the 2025 CRAA All-American East vs. West match.

This prestigious event highlights the best in collegiate rugby and serves as a critical evaluation platform for U20, U23 and senior national team consideration. The match will importantly be a primary selection opportunity for the USA Junior National Team tour of South Africa and Zimbabwe this summer. The international tour is a key assembly for USA Rugby Men's Pathways as they look to keep momentum in the absence of the World Rugby U20s Trophy in 2025.

Following an extensive national review and nomination process, CRAA received an impressive 189 nominations from programs across the country. After careful vetting and selection by regional coaching staffs and national selectors, 84 athletes were named to the extended player pool, from which the final 58 players have been selected to the traveling squads representing the East and West.

These elite student-athletes will come together for a week-long training assembly in Charlotte, NC, culminating in a high-performance fixture that serves as a curtain-raiser for the Anthem Rugby Carolina vs. Chicago Hounds finale on May 24, 2025. The match showcases the best of American collegiate rugby talent through a highly collaborative effort between CRAA and USA Rugby to identify Eagles talent and up-skill collegiate coaching. USA Men's Eagles Head Coach and GM, Scott Lawrence will be in attendance with members of the National Team staff, supporting workshops and development of the collegiate coaching ranks.

The final 23-player match-day rosters for both the East and West teams will be officially announced on Friday, May 23, 2025, following the conclusion of the final team preparations.

“This match is more than just an All-Star game—it’s a glimpse into the future of the Men’s Eagles,” said Paul Keeler, President of CRAA. “Every player selected has demonstrated the skill, character, and potential to compete at the highest levels of the game, and we are proud to partner with USA Rugby to provide this platform.”
