Process
  1. Applications open for a 28 day window
  2. Applications closed and Committee determines candidates for next round
  3. Candidate pool completes follow up task
  4. Final interviews based off task responses
  5. Hire End October
What Is this Position?
  1. Assist in the identification and assessment of candidates capable of competing for places within the USA Rugby High-Performance Player Pathway
  2. Regularly attend high school and high school club games throughout their region
  3. Communicate with high school and high school club coaches in their region 
  4. Collect and review film, assess skills and athleticism, and data on players in their region
  5. Communicate and coordinate with their Eagle Eye Regional Coordinator to ensure optimal coverage of their region and the transmission of data and players recommended for advancement
Who Are We Looking For?
  1. Should have a clear relationship to and understanding of the American model, scholastic system and the high school rugby game
  2. Should not be attached to a high school team or club in an administrative or coaching role
  3. Should be skilled in the use of video and data technology systems 
  4. Needs to be able to monitor large group of athletes throughout the year. Organized, clear communication skills, and able to connect with a large swath of high school coaches and athletes.
  5. Possesses an understanding of the athletic, skill, and character requirements necessary to compete at the international rugby level
  6. S/he will need the time and energy to devout to a yearly talent ID, monitoring / tracking program.
