Alex Sedrick

Originally from Salt Lake City, Alex "Spiff" Sedrick was a multi-sport athlete at Herriman High School, including rugby when a volleyball teammate's sister introduced her to the game. First playing with the Utah Lions Rugby Academy, Sedrick was recruited to rugby powerhouse Life University, where she made regular appearances on USA Rugby Junior National Team and Falcons tours, while also winning the MA Sorensen Award, and annual honor to the top collegiate women's rugby player.

A top prospect, Spiff earned an invite to USA Sevens Residency post-college and debuted on the World Rugby Sevens Series in 2021 for the Dubai Sevens. Three years later, Sedrick achieved Olympian status after being named to the Paris 2024 Team USA Roster.
