Arabella McKenzie is one of Australia's premier fly halves in Women's rugby after coming through the Youth Sevens system in 2016.

Born in Bathurst, McKenzie went to school in Mittagong where she played cricket and rugby. She represented NSW in the Youth Sevens Championships and went on to play for Australia at the Youth Commonwealth Games in 2017.

On the 15s side of the game, McKenzie started playing with the Lightning Ridge Tigers as a 15-year-old with her form with the NSW Waratahs in Super Rugby Women's earning her a Test debut against Japan in 2019.

She started the 2022 season in the South Island of New Zealand, recruited by Matatū along with fellow Wallaroo Michaela Leonard as part of the inaugural Super Rugby Aupiki.

McKenzie played at her first World Cup shortly after before being part of the Waratahs' successful title triumph in early 2024.

She missed the Wallaroos' WXV 2 win due to injury but will be looking to reclaim her No.10 jersey ahead of the 2025 World Cup.

Off the field McKenzie is studying a Diploma of Business (Marketing) and enjoys reading, farm and water skiing.
