Carly Waters
Carly Waters started playing rugby at age 14, after her middle school soccer coach suggested she give it a shot. It didn't take long until Waters quit soccer to pursue rugby full-time and continued through her collegiate career at Penn State, where she graduated with a degree in Health Policy and Administration. As part of that dominant Penn State squad, Waters won the D1 Elite National Championship three times from 2015 to 2017.
Finding her way into the USA Rugby pathway, she was selected to the 2014 USA Under-20s after being identified by at a regional All Star Tournament in Pittsburgh, PA. Waters additionally earned Collegiate All-American honors from 2016 to 2018.
Waters earned her first cap in 2018 at The Rugby Weekend in Chicago against the New Zealand Black Ferns.
