Conner Mooneyham
Conner Mooneyham grew up in Rocklin, CA and Magnolia, TX, first picking up a rugby ball at the age of 11 with his father getting him into the sport. Coming up through the Sierra Foothills Rugby Club (CA) and Woodlands Rugby Club (TX), the latter of which has produced a few USA Eagles. Mooneyham would eventually make his way to Marietta, GA joining the Life University Running Eagles in 2015.
Conner's rugby career really exploded at Life, winning two D1A National Championships in 2016 and 2019, alongside Collegiate All American Honors in 2019. Between his college years, Mooneyham lived in Argentina for a two-year mission trip, before returning to Marietta in 2019 as the starting wing. All the above would eventually lead to Mooneyham being selected first overall in 2020 Major League Rugby Draft.
In July 2024, Conner was selected to his first USA Eagle roster, starting at wing against Scotland in Washington DC.
