Dominic Besag

Dominic Besag is originally from Danville, CA where he started playing rugby at the age of five with the Danville Oaks 2009 and later De La Salle High School. Besag had been on the USA Rugby radar for some time, with appearances on the USA U18s tours in Amsterdam and later captaining the USA U20s through a World Rugby Trophy campaign in 2023.

]With USA Rugby Winter Camp invites and a leadership mentality, Besag enrolled with Saint Mary's College to join the world class rugby program. While on tour with the USA U20s, Besag was called up to the Men's Eagles senior national team by Head Coach Scott Lawrence and made his debut in 2023 against a Rugby World Cup qualified Georgia from Tbilisi. At the age of 19, Dominic was the second youngest USA Eagle to ever debut.
