A two-sport athlete at Concordia University playing baseball and football, Kaleb Geiger came up playing football until he was approached by talent-transfer rugby program, Colorado Raptors. Born and raised in Colorado, Geiger's first times picking up a rugby ball were only a few years prior to his ascension to top level rugby.
Moving from the Raptors to Major League Rugby in 2021, Kaleb had a breakthrough year in 2022 that earned him a trip to South Africa with the USA Men's Falcons for a tour against club sides.
In 2023, Geiger was named to the senior national team touring squad as the Men's Eagles toured Europe for three test matches, making his debut in the second fixture against Portugal.
