Kristi Kirshe was a star soccer player at Williams College where she set multiple goal and scoring records. She picked up rugby after a high school friend suggested she try it in her first year out of college. From there, Kirshe joined the Northeast Academy and Boston Rugby where she was selected to join the Women's Falcons at the Hokkaido Governor's Cup in 2018.
Kirshe made her national team debut at Sydney Sevens 2019, and has since blasted on the scene as one of the best on the World Rugby Sevens Series, earning regular Dream Team selections. Becoming a mainstay on the USA team, Kirshe was selected to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic squad.
