Luke White was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and comes from a rugby family. Following in the footsteps of his father who played, White's cousin Rebecca Clough is the most-capped Australian Walleroo. First starting in youth leagues, Luke graduated high school from St Ignatius College in 2009, where he was also an Australian champion is shot put. White found his way to the USA Rugby system in 2015 joining the Colorado Raptors.

Making his way up the Major League Rugby ranks, Luke would win an MLR Championship with the LA Giltinis in 2021. Catching the eye of the Men's Eagles, White joined his first USA National Team assembly in 2022 before earning his first cap against Romania in 2023. Outside of playing, Luke enjoys coaching local club sides in Chicago and spending time with his wife and kids.
