Originally from California, Megan Neyen grew up playing rugby; she joined her first team in the seventh grade and would go on to play in high school and at her alma mater, Central Washington University.
Climbing through the USA Club ranks, Neyen found the USA National Team radar and was named to the 2023 Pacific Four Series roster, earning her first cap against Spain in Madrid. Neyen graduated from the United States Navy Dive School in 2022 and currently serves in the U.S. Military as a Navy Diver.
