Raised in Brooklyn, Su Adegoke was a multi-sport athlete in soccer, track & field, basketball, floor hockey. She first picked up rugby in middle school and has excelled ever since.
Heading to Life University with sights set on 15s and sevens, Su won the College 7s National Championship in 2023 with MVP honors, while also a D1 Elite 15s Collegiate All-American every year she was in school.
Adegoke has been climbing up the USA Rugby High Performance pathway since 2018 with selections to the Youth Olympic Games qualifiers, USA Falcons and NextGen 7s. In 2023, Adegoke first joined National Team residency in Chula Vista before officially making her HSBC SVNS debut in 2024 from Dubai.
