Tiara A’au was born in Portland, Oregon in 1999 and attended Jefferson High School where she played rugby and competed in track and field, A’au was selected for the USA U18s team in 2015 and U23 in 2022. Following her sisters and USA Eagles Sui and Tiana, Tiara chose to attend Central Washington University to continue her rugby career. At Central Washington, A’au has been named a Collegiate All American in the 2017 and 2020 seasons.
Coming on as a reserve during the 2023 Pacific Four Series, A’au made her debut against Canada.
