The Rugby Channel Announces November Line Up

LAFAYETTE, Colo. - This November, The Rugby Channel will broadcast over 60 live matches from around the globe, including international tests featuring the USA Eagles, traditional heavyweights England, South Africa, Australia, & France, plus the storied Barbarians RFC, and for the 1st time on the channel, two huge tests featuring the world's #1 ranked team, the New Zealand All Blacks!  

The feast of live coverage begins on Friday, Nov. 3 at 5:30 pm ET when Air Force hosts Army from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. On Saturday, Nov. 4 at 11am ET the Barbarians will take on the New Zealand All Blacks at Twickenham in celebration of the NZRU's 125th anniversary. The Baa-Baas and the All Blacks have played each other on a total of 10 occasions since their first meeting in 1954. The All Blacks have won seven of those matches, while the Barbarians have won two matches, and one match ending with a draw.  

The All Blacks return to The Rugby Channel on Nov. 11 taking on France at the Stade de France in St. Denis at 2:45 pm ET.  Les Blues play 2 more matches to be shown on The Rugby Channel when they take on the 6th ranked South Africa Springboks on Saturday the 18th at 2:45pm ET and the Brave Blossoms from Japan on Saturday the 25th at 1:45pm ET.  

On Friday, Nov. 18, the USA Eagles Men's National Team travel to Weisbaden, Germany to face the German National team for the first time ever at Brita Arena at 11am ET.  The Eagles wrap up their 2017 season on Nov. 25 at 9 am ET, when they head to Tbilisi, Georgia to play the Lelos for the 2nd time in 5 months.  The teams have played 6 times in international play with the series tied 3-3. 

For a second straight year, TRC will stream England's Home Autumn Internationals in the Old Mutual Wealth Series, with the Red and Whites hosting three opponents ranked in the top 12 in the World.  On Saturday Nov. 11, second ranked England plays No. 9 Argentina. England has beaten Argentina the last 3 times they have played. On Saturday Nov. 18, England welcomes No. 3 Australia.   England beat Australia four times during a flawless 2016 campaign, culminating in a 37-21 win in the autumn series.  The last time the Wallabies defeated the Red Roses was in a crucial pool match during the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
England close out their series on Saturday 11/25 when they host No. 12 Samoa.  England has played Samoa on seven previous occasions and have won every match. England last beat Samoa 28-9 in 2014, their last encounter at Twickenham. All three England matches will kick off LIVE at 9:30 am ET and will air exclusively on The Rugby Channel in the United States.  

In addition to these internationals, The Rugby Channel in November will bring its subscribers live Round 8 and 9 coverage of the Guinness Pro14, first- and second-round action from the Anglo-Welsh Cup, coverage of the Greene King IPA Championship, TRC's College Match of the Week including the Ivy League Championships, the Women's Premier League Finals and the 1st round of the HSBC Women's 7s World Series from Dubai.
