Following a three-match tour in July on the East Coast, the USA Men’s Eagles now head west for the official start of the 2025 Pacific Nations Cup.

The tournament in 2025 will be the second annual edition of the revised World Rugby competition, this year serving as the Rugby World Cup 2027 qualification pathway for the United States. Pool play begins in Calgary for the Eagles, facing off against Canada on Aug 22, 9pm ET, next heading back to home turf in Sacramento, CA for the Pool B finale against Japan, Sep 6, 9pm ET from Heart Health Park. Pool stages will then lead to the US-hosted semifinal and final rounds in Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT on Sep 14 and Sep 20 respectively. All matches will be streamed live on Paramount+ with tickets to the Japan fixture, semifinals and finals now available at usa.rugby/tickets.

Head Coach Scott Lawrence said on the upcoming tour, “We’re grateful to the tournament organizers providing this year’s competition in North America. We are looking forward to seeing the growth within the team over the course of the tournament and performing well on home soil in September.”
